We love the Yakima Valley, and the diversified people in the Valley. We have been licensed in Real Estate since 1993 and have lived in the Yakima Valley all our lives. Our expertise in the last ten years has been REOS (bank owned homes). For the last 24 years we have also done many listings and sellings of Conventional Real Estate. We are a family oriented couple who loves to camp, fish, travel, garden, and golf. Down to earth with good, honest common sense is what you can expect when working with either of us. Our client base is a lot of past buyers and sellers and we look forward to building a lifelong relationship with you. We specialize in applying market expertise and knowledge to residential and multifamily properties that constantly exceed the Real Estate goals of our own clients. We are very active members in our Real Estate team at Creekside Reality and our own community as well as Yakima multiple listing services. We have four children and eleven grandchildren which keeps us on our toes both in our family and professionally. Not only does it keep us busy, but it helps us work with a variety of ages to better suit the needs of our clients.

Having been born and raised in Yakima, I feel as if I know and understand the area as well as anyone. Growing up with two incredibly knowledgeable, inspiring, and hard-working entrepreneurial parents, I was fortunate enough to have the opportunity to learn and understand the ways of four independently successful local businesses. This has allowed me to attain a large array of skills and strategies for finding solutions to different questions or dilemmas.

Throughout my entire life, I have always been interested in markets. I love learning about and understanding everything from how different markets function, to how they are sustained. I've been active in many fields of the investment market from the age of 13. I discovered the Real Estate field at the age of 22 and immediately began educating myself. A few months later, I joined the newly established Creekside Realty where I was granted the opportunity to train under four seasoned Real Estate veterans. I now actively invest in both residential and rental income properties.

I returned to Yakima in the summer of 2006 after spending four years in the Seattle area and earning a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from the University of Washington. The diversity of people as well as the four-seasoned agricultural valley of Yakima is just too pleasantly astonishing to keep away from. I'm excited to be part of one of the strongest and most prospering real-estate markets in the Northwest.

I earned my Real Estate License in 2006 and continue to represent buyers and sellers in both residential and commercial transactions. I am currently serving a 6 year term (2011-2016) on the Board of Directors for the Yakima Association of Realtors, for which I was the president in 2015. I am also currently serving a 4 year term (2015-2018) on the MLS of Yakima Board of Directors. I have served on the YAR Professional Standards Committee each year since 2013. I previously served a 4 year term on the Yakima Tennis Club Board of Directors including serving one year as the Club President in 2012. I retired as the head coach for the East Valley High School Tennis Team after the 2012 season, where I coached from 2007-2012. During this 6 year span, the girls and boys East Valley Tennis teams each claimed at least one CWAC division championship and had multiple players participate in the state tournament.

Outside of real estate, my hobbies include: playing tennis, golfing, and spending time with friends and family. My wife and I were married in 2012 and purchased our first home together a few months later. We now have 2 children and a dog and we're looking forward to raising our family in the wonderful Yakima Valley.

I am a graduate of Washington State University where I majored in Social Sciences with a focus in Business and Economics, and minored in English. I am excited to be working alongside my brother, Cory, and my parents, Greg and Pati Bemis. I was born and raised here in the Yakima Valley and graduated from Eisenhower High School in 2008. Stemming from a family of local business owners, (Stereo First and TV By Bemis, Bemis Appliance, and the Bead and Body Company) and having work experience at these local businesses in the last decade, I have gained a sense of what local businesses are all about, and that is building and developing a sense of friendship, expertise, and extra care when approaching customer service. Also, I have been learning about the real estate market from engaging in discussions with my family and observing them at work for several years now. I am excited to assist you in any and all aspects of the Yakima Valley real estate market!

I am a lifelong Yakima resident and a Graduate of Eisenhower HS and Central Washington University. I began my career as a school teacher in the mid 70's but after meeting my wife Pati, decided business is really where I wanted to be. After managing 2 different Radio Shack stores for 4 years, we decided it was time to open our own stereo store.
We gave birth to Bemis Soundtronics in the fall of 1979. After 5 years, we changed location and the name of the business to Stereo First by Bemis. Later, with the addition of television products, we again changed our name to Stereo First and TV by Bemis. My brother Ron Bemis owns and operates the sister store Bemis Appliance. With my expanding role in real estate becoming a full time career, we chose to close Stereo First in 2013.
As owner of Stereo First & TV by Bemis , I spent many decades earning the trust and confidence of Yakima area residents based on our professional service and support. I take pride in bringing that quality service into my Real Estate career which officially began in 2012. I qualified for my Managing Brokers license in early 2016 so now wear that tag at Creekside with my son Cory being Designated Broker.
I am thrilled to work with my son Cory, my wife Pati, our youngest son Eric and the rest of the skilled and experienced Brokers at Creekside Realty.

I have lived in the beautiful Yakima Valley my entire life. I grew up in the West Valley and then Terrace Heights. We currently live in Selah. My business experience has been very entrepreneurial. Along with my husband, Greg, we opened and operated the best electronic and television store in the valley; Stereo First by Bemis from 1979 until closing in 2013.

We have two children; Cory and Eric Bemis who have helped us with all of our businesses and have been educated in Yakima schools and Washington colleges. We are a divided family; one son graduated from University of Washington, the other from Washington State University.

Two other business ventures have been 'Tiques & Toys' a gift shop in Westpark, and 'Bead & Body Co.' also in Westpark. Several of the clubs and groups I belonged to and have done are fundraising for are Yakima Valley Zonta Club, Jeanine Hedwall, Children's hospital Guild, and Yakima Tennis Club ( where I was YTC President and have served two terms on the YTC Board). Tennis is a huge sport for our family. We all play tennis and both sons played during their high school and college years for their schools.

I began my real estate career in Feb. 2007 with Creekisde Realty and was partnered with Sue Gifford for six years. I currently represent the valley and the Chinook and White Pass vacation areas. Greg Bemis, my husband, joined our son Cory (he runs the office as designated broker) and myself at Creekside. He helps me with our mountain property listings, along with his own real estate business.
I thoroughly enjoy working in real estate and having the opportunity of representing so many great people in the Yakima area. One of the aspects I enjoy is the chance for continuous learning. I believe the Yakima Valley is a wonderful place to live with much growth and opportunity available to anyone based here.

I've been a Yakima resident for most of my life. Graduated from Eisenhower high school in 2008 and went on to Y.V.C.C to play baseball. I then attended Perry Technical Institute where I graduated from the Electrical Technology program and ended up working in new construction in Seattle. While in construction I developed a fascination for real estate and knew it was a field I wanted to get into, so I moved back to Yakima and began my real estate career. My goal is to make your home buying or selling experience as positive as I possibly can. I'm excited to have the opportunity to work with you in the future. And of course, Go Hawks!

My understanding of excellent client services stems from my colorful and decorated sales background. From Selling Carpets when I was 18 years old to family real estate, I understand the need for distinctive real estate representation. Today, as a Realtor® specializing in Yakima County I couldn't ask for a better Career. It's a great feeling to live and work in an area with so many real estate opportunities. I've lived in WA most of my adult life, and every day I gain a greater appreciation for all that this area has to offer. As a fulltime broker my approach to real estate is focused around getting to know my clients as real people, and taking care of them from beginning to end. I believe there is no place like home and the ability to provide for your family and future through cash-flowing and appreciating investments is priceless. I get great satisfaction out of being able to put my energy into helping people make the best decisions with real estate investments. I love it when I can present my clients with the inside track to exclusive properties.

I am proud to be introducing myself as a Realtor with Creekside Realty.
While maintaining professionalism to anyone who requests my assistance, I will always have an optimistic and cheerful disposition. Due to my entrepreneur family background, I understand the importance of customer service and will use diligence when caring for your needs. I look forward to providing you with knowledge about the field of real estate and would be happy to work with you during this important time in your life.

I believe in love for family and they should always come first. I am very grateful to have parents like mine. My dad is where I get my charm and entrepreneur mindset while my mom provided my heart and compassion to help others. My older brother and younger sister have also provided me with the ability to teach and patience for someone willing to learn. It feels great to see who has influenced me the most and find it's the people who will always be there in one way or another.

I have always wanted to be in the field of Real Estate. The idea of providing knowledge and insight with one of the most important investments in someone’s life excites me. I am a broker who not only does what is required but goes above and beyond expectations. I have even gone to the length of mowing a single mother of three's front yard so she could have a good picture to sell her house. I am a dedicated individual who sees all tasks as challenges that I am eager to complete.

The wonderful thing about Yakima and the rest of the state of Washington is an endless supply of recreational activities. During the summer months, I enjoy BBQ, fishing, and going camping. During the winter months, my main source of fun is having my oversized malamute pull me on my cross-country skies through the winter wonder land of the Cascade Mountain Range.

My dream is to someday have an amazing family of my own that I can fully provide for and know they have the greatest lives they could possibly want. I want to have that mug that says number one dad.

Due to my aspirations in life I believe I will excel to the greatest of your expectations. I look forward to meeting with you and assisting you in all your real estate needs.

Born and raised in the Yakima Valley Valley has been and is a journey of joy. I graduated from West Valley High School in 1982, moved to Seattle where I joined Kappa Alpha Theta sorority at the U of W, and ultimately, graduated from Seattle University with a Bachelor of Science in Health Information Management. I was hired by Yakima Memorial Hospital during my internship to serve as Quality Management Coordinator for the Medical Staff. I was also responsible for Risk Management to ensure our facility and staff continued to uphold our Hospital Certifications, Awards, Values and Patient Care Standards. Needless to say, I am very detail-oriented individual. (Feel free to ask my husband and beautiful sons)
I have a passion for people and community. Teaching dance and directing the LaSalle High School Follies for several years along with substitute teaching in the West Valley School District was such a highlight in my "other" career as a mother. I have had the privilege of living overseas and traveling around the world which continues to open my eyes and heart even more as to what "HOME" means to each of us.
My wish is to help you with the details of your next journey in buying or selling YOUR home!

I have lived in the Yakima Valley all of my life and am very proud of that fact! I was raised by enterprising parents who grew apples and then started packing and shipping for themselves as well as many growers in our valley. I truly enjoy working with the many buyers and sellers that I have come to know over the years and look forward to many more years of service. I try to stay abreast of the technological aspects of this business but they change so fast it's a challenge but it's fun and I want my clients to have every advantage when searching for a home. I enjoy quilting and try to do as many Warrior quilts for our Veterans as I can. I have a group of quilting friends that do the same and we provide quilts to our local Veterans as well as to an organization called American Hero Quilts who ships the quilts overseas for our Wounded Warriors. That is why my tag line is "Selling Yakima One Yard at a Time!"
