Broker, Realtor

Kim and her husband Mark, along with their son Max, moved to Yakima in 2002 after moving initially to the Pacific Northwest from Minnesota in 1990. Kim obtained her real estate license first in Salem, OR where she was a licensed assistant and office manager for a small real estate company. In 2002 Kim and family moved to Yakima for her son to be closer to one set of Grandparents and for Kim to go into real estate with her father, Jerry Heyan. Kim has really enjoyed the countless hours she has gotten to spend with her father as they meet new clients/friends and help them with all of their real estate needs. It is a once in a lifetime opportunity that not many people get to take advantage of. Since 2003, Kim has been a Top Company and Top Residential producer for a large real estate company and is working hard at continuing her successes.

Previous to moving to Yakima, Kim worked in the field of Occupational Therapy in Minnesota, Walla Walla, and Salem, Oregon. She attended college while working full time to obtain her Masters Degree from a small college in Orangeburg, NY.

Kim enjoys spending time with her family, walking the golf course with her husband and son, watching her son play baseball, playing with her golden retriever, Hagar, and working out in the yard. Kim also enjoys volunteering at her sons school whenever she has a chance.

Jerry and his wife Jane moved to the beautiful Yakima Valley in late 1993. Quickly becoming bored with the easy life, Jerry obtained his real estate license in October of 1993. In the last 14 years, Jerry was for many years the Top Company and Top Residential producer for a large real estate company. In 2002 daughter Kimberley joined Jerry in real estate.
Previous to moving to Yakima, Jerry worked in the financial services industry for over 30 years. He was Senior Vice President of Bank Operations for a large Midwestern Bank and a Corporate Vice President in charge of business development and new product development for a national financial services corporation.
Jerry enjoys spending time with his cars and most of all with his grandson, Max. Unfortunately Max, now seven years old, can beat his Papa on the golf course.
Despite a busy schedule, Jerry find time to serve on the Yakima City Community Review Board, Past President and current Director of the Yakima Valley Landlords Association and long time Treasurer of the Yakima Valley Sports Car Club.

We have been real estate agents for the past fourteen years. We've lived in the Yakima Valley all our lives. We have four children, all are married, and nine grandchildren and one on the way! We love to camp, fish, travel, and garden. We've really enjoyed raising our children in the Yakima Valley and look forward to our time with our grandchildren. Down to earth, with good common senses, is what you can expect when working with either of us. You won't find more honest realtors!

Having been born and raised in Yakima, I feel as if I know and understand the area as well as anyone. Growing up with two incredibly knowledgeable, inspiring, and hard-working entrepreneurial parents, I was fortunate enough to have the opportunity to learn and understand the ways of four independently successful local businesses. This has allowed me to attain a large array of skills and strategies for finding solutions to different questions or dilemmas.
Throughout my entire life, I have always been interested in markets. I love learning about and understanding everything from how different markets function, to how they are sustained. I've been active in many fields of the investment market from the age of 13. I discovered the Real Estate field at the age of 22 and immediately began educating myself. A few months later, I joined the newly established Creekside Realty where I was granted the opportunity to train under four seasoned Real Estate veterans. I now actively invest in both residential and rental income properties.
I returned to Yakima in the summer of 2006 after spending four years in the Seattle area and earning a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from the University of Washington. The diversity of people as well as the four-seasoned agricultural valley of Yakima is just too pleasantly astonishing to keep away from. I'm excited to be part of one of the strongest and most prospering real-estate markets in the Northwest.

I have lived in the beautiful Yakima Valley my entire life. I grew up in the West Valley area, then Terrace Heights. My business experience has been very entrepreneurial. Along with my husband, Greg, we opened and have operated Stereo First and TV by Bemis since 1979.
We have two children; Cory and Eric Bemis who have helped us with all of our businesses and have been educated in Yakima schools. Two other business ventures have been 'Tiques & Toys- a gift shop in Westpark and Bead & Body Co.- also in Westpark. Several of the clubs and groups I have done fund-raising for are Yakima Valley Zonta Club, Jeanine Hedwall Children's Hospital Guild, and Yakima Tennis Club (where I have been the YTC President and am currently on the YTC board).
I began my real estate career at the beginning of this year with Creekside Realty and am currently partnered with my sister, Sue Gifford. We represent the valley and the Chinook and White Pass vacation areas. I thoroughly enjoy working in real state and having the opportunity of representing so many great people in the Yakima area. One of the aspects I enjoy is the chance for continuous learning. I believe the Yakima Valley is a wonderful place to live with much growth and opportunity available to anyone based here.

Since beginning my Real Estate career in 1998, I have specialized in listing and selling mountain and vacation properties in the Chinook and White Pass areas, where I also reside. Working with these types of properties has been very rewarding and I have made many new friends and met my neighbors in the process.
Having earned my ABR and CRS designations, I believe that continuing education in this ever changing industry is the key to providing my clients the best service possible.

I have been a licensed realtor since 1986, and have actively practiced in Oregon, California, and of course Washington. Born and raised in Yakima, I have lived through the many changes that have occurred in our Valley. Evolving from an economy based largely on agriculture and ranching, the growth of manufacturing and professional services has further expanded our broad cultural experiences! I hold the designations of ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative), GRI (Graduate of Realtor Institute), ASP (Accredited Staging Professional), and SRES (Senior Real Estate Specialist). I practice strong ethics, honesty, and passion for people who want an agent who stands strong, speaks with purpose, and stays involved! My web site, www.gloria-hutchinson.com, is a great testimonial to the way I approach my business, and the professional service my clients receive.

I was born and raised in the Yakima area. Attending school in the Sunnyside-Granger districts. I loved and enjoyed the Lower Valley, but have made my name for the last 30 years in Yakima. I am married to a wonderfully supportive husband, Arnie. We have 9 children and 30 grandchildren, and 9 great grandchildren. We moved north of Selah 4 years ago, where my husband built us a grand and beautiful home on 4.5 acres.
I started at Creekside Realty in August of 2007. I love Real Estate and enjoy coming to work everyday! Working with buyers and seeing that look on their face when we find the perfect home together is so very rewarding to me. Not to mention bringing an offer to my sellers that is exactly what they were hoping for- that is what I live for. Everyday is new and exciting!

I have experienced the adventure of living in several states; California, Montana and Utah. These experiences permitted me to develop memories and priceless relationships that span many years. As a native of Washington State, I lived in Yakima in the mid 70’s and then moved to Longview, WA where I raised my 3 children and have now returned to my home.

Prior to my Real Estate Career; I spent many years working in the retail industry for two major companies. It was during this time that I developed the ability to combine all the necessary skills and tools needed to provide a high level of customer service.

As a Real Estate professional, I can offer unsurpassed customer service, honesty and ethical business practices to my customers that have now become my satisfied clients. I am a member in good standing of the National Association of Realtors, Washington Association of Realtors and the Yakima Association of Realtors.

Whether you are a first-time home buyer, retiring and downsizing, stepping up or an investor, be assured I will have your best interest at heart and welcome you to my family of clients.

As a buyer, she can represent you, and guide you in the purchase of for sale by owner homes, as well.

Quality Service:
