Kimberly TurnquistBroker
Kim and her husband Mark, along with their son Max, moved to Yakima in 2002 after moving initially to the Pacific Northwest from Minnesota in 1990. Kim obtained her real estate license first in Salem, OR where she was a licensed assistant and office manager for a small real estate company. In 2002 Kim and family moved to Yakima for her son to be closer to one set of Grandparents and for Kim to go into real estate with her father, Jerry Heyan. Kim has really enjoyed the countless hours she has gotten to spend with her father as they meet new clients/friends and help them with all of their real estate needs. It is a once in a lifetime opportunity that not many people get to take advantage of. Since 2003, Kim has been a Top Company and Top Residential producer for a large real estate company and is working hard at continuing her successes. Previous to moving to Yakima, Kim worked in the field of Occupational Therapy in Minnesota, Walla Walla, and Salem, Oregon. She attended college while working full time to obtain her Masters Degree from a small college in Orangeburg, NY. Kim enjoys spending time with her family, walking the golf course with her husband and son, watching her son play baseball, playing with her golden retriever, Hagar, and working out in the yard. Kim also enjoys volunteering at her sons school whenever she has a chance. |

Cory BemisRealtor www.CoryBemis.com Throughout my entire life, I have always been interested in markets. I love learning about and understanding everything from how different markets function, to how they are sustained. I've been active in many fields of the investment market from the age of 13. I discovered the Real Estate field at the age of 22 and immediately began educating myself. A few months later, I joined the newly established Creekside Realty where I was granted the opportunity to train under four seasoned Real Estate veterans. I now actively invest in both residential and rental income properties. I returned to Yakima in the summer of 2006 after spending four years in the Seattle area and earning a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from the University of Washington. The diversity of people as well as the four-seasoned agricultural valley of Yakima is just too pleasantly astonishing to keep away from. I'm excited to be part of one of the strongest and most prospering real-estate markets in the Northwest. |

Pati BemisRealtor
We have two children; Cory and Eric Bemis who have helped us with all of our businesses and have been educated in Yakima schools. Two other business ventures have been 'Tiques & Toys- a gift shop in Westpark and Bead & Body Co.- also in Westpark. Several of the clubs and groups I have done fund-raising for are Yakima Valley Zonta Club, Jeanine Hedwall Children's Hospital Guild, and Yakima Tennis Club (where I have been the YTC President and am currently on the YTC board). I began my real estate career at the beginning of this year with Creekside Realty and am currently partnered with my sister, Sue Gifford. We represent the valley and the Chinook and White Pass vacation areas. I thoroughly enjoy working in real state and having the opportunity of representing so many great people in the Yakima area. One of the aspects I enjoy is the chance for continuous learning. I believe the Yakima Valley is a wonderful place to live with much growth and opportunity available to anyone based here. |

I started at Creekside Realty in August of 2007. I love Real Estate and enjoy coming to work everyday! Working with buyers and seeing that look on their face when we find the perfect home together is so very rewarding to me. Not to mention bringing an offer to my sellers that is exactly what they were hoping for- that is what I live for. Everyday is new and exciting! |

Liz started her real estate career in 2001, after many years in the medical field working for general & vascular surgeons. She looks forward to guiding you in fulfilling your dream of home ownership, and helping you increase your investment portfolio, whether that may be short term or long term goals, with assets from property equity. As a buyer, she can represent you, and guide you in the purchase of for sale by owner homes, as well. Quality Service: Liz carries the Realtor designation. This is important, as some agents are sales agents only. She is a member of the Yakima Association of Realtors (YAR), National Association of Realtors (NAR), Multiple Listing Service (MLS), and also carries the designation of SRES (Senior Real Estate Specialist). Communication: Buying or selling a home can sometimes be complicated, and Liz feels communication is the key! Liz works with you along the path, to an end result that creates contented clients. Satisfied Sellers & Buyers help grow her business with referrals of family and friends. Outside Interest: Liz is an advanced scuba diver, and has been diving in many parts of the world. Travel is another passion, and goes hand in hand with scuba diving. Liz enjoys volunteering at no-kill animal shelters. Liz has been living Beijing, China for some time, and speaks some Mandarin. In China, Liz volunteers at the largest animal shelter in China, homing 600+ dogs & 150 cats. The shelter was opened by a local real estate agent with her own funds. Jane Goodall visited with National Geographic. To this day, it runs totally on donations of very generous people and a lot of hard work from volunteers. www.BHAEEC.com . From every home, bought or sold, Liz makes a donation to the local no-kill animal shelter. Liz was raised in Yakima. She and her husband have 5 children & 7 grandchildren (4 prince’s & 3 princesses). |
